Ashtanga Yoga Immersion
EVERY DAY @ 7:00Am
• 90 MINUTES
Yoga can be practiced by anyone, whether young, old, very old, healthy or sick. Even so, the way in which a young person is taught will differ in manner from the way in which an old or sick person will be taught. Therefore, each student must be considered as an individual and taught at a pace that is suitable for their situation in life.
The format of the practice always remains the same; one always begins practice with Surya Namaskar, concludes with Padmasana and rest, and the various asanas gradually fill the space between these two poles. Learning yoga in this traditional manner benefits the student on many levels. It is possible for one to gain independence and confidence in their sadhana (spiritual practice), as well, something truly becomes one’s own when they learn it by heart.
TEACHER: LARAMI SANTANA
Yoga for Meditation
EVERY DAY @ 8:15Am
• 30 MINUTES
After a light breakfast we encourage you to have a short and all levels stretching yoga session right before our morning meditation, in order to prepare our physical and subtle body to get ready for a deeper experience.
Lion's Dance Meditation
EVERY DAY @ 9:00AM
Following Master Asanga, Geshe Michael takes these meditations to the next level by turning them into a clear practice–the Dance of the Lion–for the highest realizations. Here we develop a way of generating and becoming familiar with these various states of mind and then move into a deep practice of emptiness and see how our own Teachers arise from our previous kindness.
Classes with Geshe Michael Roach
EVERY DAY @ 10:00Am & 5Pm
• 4 hours
"We will be studying the famous painting designed by Buddha himself, called the Wheel of Life, as it is taught in the lovely tradition called Steps of the Path to Enlightenment.
We´ll also be taken through a Sanskrit commentary which carefully explains The Wheel, written by Vasubandhu, one of the greatest masters of India who taught over 1500 years ago. It´s likely that this is the first time that this ancient commentary has been explained in depth, in the last thousand years.
Finally, we´ll be learning how to apply the wisdom contained in The Wheel to our daily life, at home and at work, to help us create the world we´ve always dreamed of!"

This is the ancient art of Thai yoga massage.
